Employment Opportunities

Solebury School is an all-gender, college preparatory boarding and day school for grades 9 through 12.

Classes are small (averaging just under 11 students), and teachers are afforded significant opportunity to influence their own curriculum. Many of our teachers have been with us for their entire careers; others have only recently arrived. Whereas some schools recruit teachers from one mold, ours have been drawn to Solebury for many of the same reasons as our students: they prize the opportunity for individual expression and value the creativity that results.

All of our teachers have a commitment to continuing education, both their own and their students. Solebury School typically hires new faculty during the winter and spring. Please scroll down for staff openings, as well. As part of employment, all faculty and staff are required to be vaccinated and boosted or have a documented religious exemption.
